| One quick thing: Join Goodreads! It's a book feed site that lets you post books you've read, are reading, and are planning on reading. It's good times. I recommend it, and to show how much I recommend it, I'm going to put the feed of my "currently reading" books in every post from now on. Voila! So go there and register and make sure to add me as a friend. I want tons of ideas of good books to read now that I'm free of school (only took me two and a half decades...).

| I tired of Blogspot. I'm going to post on xanga again-- mostly because I feel like I can at least get a slightly larger readership.
Anyway, allow me to re-introduce myself. I'm Ari. I'm a 20-something corporate drone with a BA from UCLA and an MA from UCSD. I studied a lot of different things, but mostly focused on politics and economics (including a fair amount of econometrics.) I speak Japanese and lived in Japan for about a year and a half.
For more info, feel free to browse my profile. I highly recommend Almost Dr. Josh's blog at www.xanga.com/rveblade.

| I'm debating coming back to Xanga. On the one hand, I feel like Blogspot is a bit easier to work with, but on the other hand, I feel like Xanga offers a much tighter community with an easier to reach reader base.
Decisions...

| I've decided that it's time for something less... Xanga. I'm moving my blog to Blogspot. The reasons are many.
My blogging will actually be more frequent now. You can find me at:

Please visit!
Cheers and thanks for all the kudos, Ari

| So I had the weirdest fucking dream last night. I mean, weird like
nothing I've ever experienced before. It was about a comedy
routine...done by Washington and Hamilton.
No joke.
The
crazy part is that they were actually kind of funny. I mean, as far as
I can remember. I even remember at some point I leaned over to Lisa (my
girlfriend) and said, "Wow, Hamilton's pretty funny for a guy who'll
never be President."
I need to stop studying before bed. | | |
